Fit To The Core Personal Trainer West Chester offer a number of training options, customized to your training preferences. I’ll bring everything you need to you: there is nothing you can do in the gym that I can’t replicate in your home. I take all sorts of fun equipment like Kettlebells, TRX, Stability Ball, Battle Ropes, Medicine Balls, Dumbbells, and Bosu Trainers just to name a few and I’m always adding to my collection! My training services include One on One Training, Partner Training, Small Group Training for up to 5 people, and my newest addition-Online fitness training. My online training is particularly popular with clients who train with me frequently, but also travel. This option keeps them on track and makes sure that they never miss a workout. All personal training West Chester PA sessions are 1 hour, in home or online.
